Good Enough Today, Better Tomorrow
I offer meaningful, relationship-centered individual therapy services
Performing & Overcontrol
Since the constant drive for “better” can do us harm, I value holding space for healing. I believe healing often comes from a balance of evidence-based approaches, meaningful connection, compassion, authenticity, and vulnerability. We will work together to understand and move you towards your healing goals.
Through my experiences as a college student-athlete, a doctoral student, and within “elite” athletics I felt the pull to have to be the best. And from them, along with being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, I also learned that the expectation to be our best is unsustainable. Whether you are trying to be the best student, athlete, parent, partner, or other roles central to you, it is my goal to empower those I work with to find sustainability in their drive for “better” through self compassion, vulnerability, and authenticity.
